We always crave for indian food where ever we go ! This video is about the amazing north indian punjabi food I had in Phuket Thailand. So here is what I had :- 1) PYAZ PAKODA - Onion fritters made with gram flour and seasoned with indian spices, served with mint and tamarind chutney. 2) ALU TIKKI - Potato patty seasoned with green chillies and ginger, served with coriander and tamarind chutney. 3) PANEER MAKHANI - Cottage cheese tossed in a buttery tomato curry, seasoned with fenugreek leaves and cream. 4) ALU GOBHI - Cauliflower and potato vegetable made with ginger, garlic, cumin and robust indian garam masala. 5) DAL TADKA - Indian lentil tempered with desi ghee with cumin and dry red chillies. 6) JEERA PULAV - Basmati rice pulav made with cumin and desi ghee. 7) LACCHA PARATHA - Whole wheat tawa paratha, acts as a perfect accompaniment. 8) GULAB JAMUN - Deep fried classic indian dessert made with mawa and refined flour, stuffed with dry fruits and saffron. 9) ICE CREAM SUNDAE - Vanilla and strawberry ice cream drizzled with chocolate sauce.
