Agra Street Food is the best place to savour delicious indian street food chaat. Indian street food has its own variation and versions of chaat but agra tops the charts ! It's as good as the chaat of Delhi Street food and makes me remember old delhi food. So here is the best indian street food I tried :- 1) GOL GAPPA - Boat shaped semolina flour puris stuffed with potato mash and sweet spicy water. Very different from Kolkata Street Food fuchka/ gol gappa. These were less spicy and had a zing of hing. Crispy and super delicious with a dominant flavour of desi ghee & ginger. In Delhi Street Food I had tried moonglet, the one at Agra retained its authenticity. Unusual and unique street food of Agra. Reminded me of Mumbai Street Food pasta samosa, both were at extreme ends.
