Indian Street Food is diverse and each region has something new to offer !
I visited Shrinathji Temple at Nathdwara, Udaipur, Rajasthan where I discovered some amazing Street Food.
It was surely among the Best Street Food I have had in a while, it was very similar to Jaipur Food.
So here is what I savoured -
1) SAGAR PRASAD
This is a prasad made with crushed dry fruits and desi ghee.
2) KESAR MASALA MILK
Hot milk heated in a kadai, topped with malai, dry fruits and saffron.
Price Rs 30/-
3) POHA
Poha made without onion and garlic, served hot topped with sev and lemon juice.
Price Rs 20/-
4) PUDHINA TEA
Mint flavoured tea with a hint of lemongrass and ginger.
Price Rs 10/-
5) MIX PAKORAS
Potato pakora, mirchi vada, sabudana pakora and green peas pakoras chopped and tossed with lemon juice and special masala.
Price Rs 50/-
6) THANDAI
Dry fruits and whole spices hand grounded and made a paste that is mixed with milk and served chilled.
Price Rs 30/-
7) KACHORI
Kachori filled with moong dal and served with kadhi and chutney.
Price Rs 10/-
8) MALPUA
A classic indian dessert made with deep fried pancakes and drenched in sugar syrup.
