It was an indian village kind of a setup serving best indian food with amazing cooking skills. So here is what I had in the highway dhaba - Dal Tadka - Yellow dal tempered dhaba style in desi ghee, cumin, dry red chillies and garlic. Cost ?80 Paneer Makhani - Dhaba style paneer made with white butter in a tomato gravy, super smokey and spicy. Cost ?160 Baingan Bharta - Brinjal smoked in coal and tempered with onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Cost ?90 Bhindi Masala Fry - Crispy lady fingers tossed with freshly grounded spices and crushed peanuts. True dhaba food. Cost ?100 Jawari Roti - Hand rolled roti made in a huge tawa, finished in a coal flame. Cost ?20 Jalebi - Hot jalebi made to order in a kadhai, sweet and crispy. Cost ?50 It was an authentic indian food experience where vegetarian food was cooked in traditional desi style. Hope you like my video. Please subscribe for more.
