Pizza, Pasta, Burger, Tikki, Rolls, Tacos, Sandwiches, Cakes, Donuts, Pastries, Shakes, Ice cream are somethings that everyone craves for.... But can they ever be HEALTHY ?? "Healthy Junk Food" sounds amusing but it's possible. This video is about my recent experience at Sante Spa Cuisine that aims to offer comfort food made in a healthier version by using alternative ingredients and right cooking techniques. I tried their healthy version of Chocolate Milkshake made with 70% dark chocolate and almond milk. For appetizers I tried Baked Multigrain Nachos with monterey jack cheese and Lentil Shammi Kebabs, pan seared in gir cow desi ghee. My main course comprised of a thin Ragi crust Pizza loaded with vegetables and buffalo mozzarella. Pasta was made with whole wheat spaghetti and kale pesto sauce. For Desserts I had a Chocolate mud cake made with whole wheat flour and jaggery. The accompnied ice cream was made with musli, almonds and honey. Healthy living starts with the choices we make !
