Jaipur is a extremely famous for it's traditional food and most of them are made in desi ghee and use a lot of milk and other dairy products.
Be it the popular dal baati churma thali, kachori, samosa, ghevar, laddu, barfi, lassi or kulfi....desi ghee, milk and mawa is used in abundance for its preparation.
Ever wondered where does all these dairy products come from !?
For this, I visited a local Dairy Farm at Ajmer Road, Jaipur.
Wholeness Farm at bhankrota is a Desi Gir Cow Dairy Farm that offers A2 Raw Milk, buttermilk (Chaas) and Desi Cow Ghee made using traditional belona method.
