WHAT I LIKED THE MOST !? AVOCADO & VANILLA SMOOTHIE - GREEN PEA & MINT OIL SOUP - A fantastic soup made with green pea puree and a hint of mint ! Delicious !! THE THEORY SALAD - A lettuce salad with asparagus and avocado, tangy mustard dressing made it amazing. BEETROOT CARPACCIO - Thinly cut beetroot, grilled n chilled, garnished with avocado, nuts, seeds and balsamic glaze. A fabulous vegetarian version of a Italian classic. CHOCOLATE CREMEUX - Gooey chocolate with cool ice cream and crunchy popcorns !!! Insanely delicious !! WHAT'S MY TAKE !? Theroy is huge, beautiful and elegant. It's food is very different from the classic european food we are used to having at other places. They have done a brilliant job in creating dishes that stand out in terms of quality of ingredients used, cooking techniques and the contrasting combinations done to create them.
