Chinese is one cuisine that's eaten around the world. Everyone has its own versions and every region tweaks it according to their taste and preferences. Veg noodles / Chowmein that's Hakka noodles or Manchurian that's Indo Chinese / indian chinese or schezwan sauce or chicken/paneer chilli, Chinese bhel are some dishes that you will get all over India, be it in the Indian Street food / Mumbai Street Food or restaurants. In my video, I visit a Pan Asian restaurant which specialises in oriental cuisine. We always think, perceive and categorise pan asian as chinese food, but it's not ! Though most dishes shown in my video are Chinese but that are not as popular in India. From the Pan Asian Food I have shown Vietnamese summer rolls that look like spring rolls but they aren't. I have also shown udon noodles that are extremely popular in Japan. Classic Chinese like dimsums that we generally call them momos are shown. Wantons are also shown in a different light.
