Amla Murabba Recipe - How to Make Amla Murabba
Ingredients :
500 gms Amla
750 gms Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom Powder/Elaichi Powder
1/4 Cup Water (Optional)
Method:
1. Wipe washed amla with napkin
2. Remove if any dark spots from amla with knife poke all amlas deeply with fork
3. All poked amla is ready
4. Turn on flame
5. Add sugar in a kadai add water for melting sugar easily
6. Stir it well for 1 minute
7. Add poked amlas in a kadai and cook it on medium flame till it boiled
8. Keep stirring continuously
9. Now cook amlas on low flame till it turns into 1 string consistency
10. Add cardomom powder/elaichi powder again cook it for 5 minutes and turn off flame
11. Amla murabba is cooked
12. Ttake it out in a bowl
13. Let allow it to cool
14. After cooling, transfer it into airtight jar
