Methi Paratha Recipe - How to Make Methi Paratha Ingredients :- 25 gms Fresh Methi Leaves 1 Small Chopeed Onion Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp Green Chili Paste 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Curd 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder 1 tsp cumin seeds/Jira 1 tsp carom seeds/Ajwain 1 tbsp Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp Sugar (Optional) Salt to Taste 2 Cup Atta Oil/Ghee Water as Required Method:- 1. Take methi leaves in a big mixing bowl 2. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste 3. Add cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, sugar and curd 4. Add one & half cup atta 5. Add 1 tbsp oil and salt to taste and mix it well 6. Add little water in between and knead it well and make dough 7. Now dough is ready and keep it aside for 10-15 min 8. Place the tawa and turn on flame 9. Again knead it well and start to make a ball of dough 10. Dust the ball and flatten on rolling board and roll the paratha evenly 11. Place the pratha on hot tawa and cook it on medium flame 12. When paratha is 1/4 cooked one side then filp and spread oil on both sides 13. Press the corners with spatula, so that paratha cooked on all sides evenly 14. Remove paratha and place on a plate 15. Make rest of the parathas in this way one by one 16. Serve hot methi paratas with pickles, butter or curd
