Til Gud Ke Laddu - How to Make Til Gud Laddu - Til ke Ladoo I Gahukar's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Sesame Seeds/Til(150 grams)
3/4 Cup Jaggery/ Gud(110 grams)
1/4 Cup Roasted Coarse Peanut Powder(40 grams)
1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut(25 grams)
1tbsp Pure Ghee/Sajuk Tup
1 tbsp Milk(optional)
1 tsp Cardamom Powder/Elaichi Powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder/Jaiphal Powder
METHOD:
1.Turn on flame and add sesame seeds(til)in a heated pan
2. Roast it well for 4-5 minutes
3. Keep stirring on low flame till it change color
4. Transfer sesame seeds(til)in a plate
5. Roast desiccated coconut in the same pan
6. Stir continuously till it becomes light brown. Transfer roasted coconut in same sesame plate
7. In same pan,add jaggery(gud) and keep on stirring on low flame
8. When it melts completely add 1 tsp ghee(sajuk tup) in a pan
9. Stirr it on low flame
10. Add roasted sesame seeds(til) and desiccated coconut in a pan
11. Add roasted peanut, nutmeg(jaiphal)powder and cardamom(elaichi) powder in a pan
12. Mix it well on low flame
13. Add 1 tbsp milk in a pan and mix it well
14. Turn off flame
15. Transfer laddu mixture in a plate
16. Spread some ghee in your palm to make laddus
17. When the mixture is hot,start to form laddus
(If the mixture is too hot wait for 4-5 minutes then make laddus)
18. Tilgud Laddus are Ready
19. Store in Airtight container at room temperature
Serve Tilgud Laddus During MAKAR SANKRANTI !!!
