Veg Manchurian Recipe - How To Make Veg Manchurian - Gahukar's Kitchen VEG MANCHURIAN RECIPE: INGREDIENTS:FOR VEG MANCHURIAN BALLS 1/2 cup Grated Carrots/Gajar 1/2 cup Grated Cabbage 1/4 cup Capsicum/Shimla Mirch 1/4 cup Cauliflower 2-3 tbsp Chopped Spring Onion 1/2 tsp Freshly Crushed Black Pepper(Kali Mirch) 3 tbsp Purpose Flour (Maida) 3 tbsp Corn Flour Salt To Taste INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE: 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2 tbsp chopped Spring Onion 1 tbsp Grated Ginger 1 tbsp Grated Garlic 1 tbsp Corn Flour(Dissolved in water) 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp Red Chili Sauce 1 tsp Soya Sauce 1 tsp Vinegar 1/2 tsp Sugar Oil For Frying Balls Water As Required 1 tsp Freshly Crushed Black Pepper(Kali Mirch) Salt To Taste METHOD: First preparing veg manchurian balls 1. Add cabbage,carrots,cauliflower,capsicum and spring onion in a mixing bowl. 2. Add maida,corn flour,salt to taste and crushed black pepper in a bowl. 3. Mix it well and keep aside for 5-10 minutes. 4. Turn on flame and heat the oil in a kadai. 5. Shape into small round balls and add them in medium hot oil. 6. Deep fry them till they become brown color and crispy on medium flame. 7. Transfer them in a plate 8. Make rest of the manchurian balls with same method 8. Veg manchurian balls are ready. Keep it aside For the sauce Prperation: 1. First 1 tbsp corn flour dissolve using water in abowl. 2. Turn on flame and add 1 tbsp oil in a pan. 3. Add garlic,ginger in a pan and stirr it. 4. Add spring onion and green chili in a pan. Stirr it well for 1-2 minutes on medium flame. 5. Add crushed black pepper(kali mirch) and water(3-4 tbsp)in a pan. Mix it well. 6. Add tomato sauce,red chili sauce,soya sauce and mix it well. Cook the sauce till it boiled. 7. Add corn flour paste slowly in the pan to thicken the sauce. 8. Add vinegar,sugar,salt to taste in a pan and mix it well. 9. Add veg manchurian balls in the sauce. Stirr andcook it for 1-2 minutes on low flame. 10.Turn off flame and transfer in a serving dish. 11.Garnish with chopped spring onion. SERVE HOT VEG MANCHURIAN
