Beetroot Tomato Juice - Healthy Juice I Gahukar's Kitchen BEETROOT-TOMATO HEALTHY JUICE INGREDIENTS: 1 Peeled Beetroot 1 Tomato 2-3 Mint leaves 1/2 tsp Black salt A piece of Jaggery/Gud 2-3 tbsp Pomogranate Seeds 1 cup(250 ml) Water METHOD: 1.Cut the washed peeled beetroot into small pieces Cut the washed tomato same as well 2.Take a mixer jar 3.Add beetroot and tomato pieces into it 4.Add mint leaves,black salt,jaggery(gud),pomogranate seeds,small amount of water and grind it well 5.After grinding,add water in the jar and mix it well 6.Strain the mixture through sieve and remove out juice in a bowl 7.BEETROOT-TOMATO Juice is ready 8.SERVE JUICE into a glass ENJOY !!!
