Masala Dosa - How to make Masala Dosa Recipe
MAIN INGREDIENTS:
3 cups Dosa Batter
2 cups Aloo Masala
1 Finely Chopped Onion
Processed Cheese
Oil OR Butter As Required
FOR RED CHUTNEY:
7-9 Dried Red Chilies
2 tbsp Roasted Split Bengal Gram/ Daalia
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1 inch Ginger
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt To Taste
METHOD:
FOR RED CHUTNEY:
1.Put dried red chilies,garlic cloves,ginger,roasted bengal gram, cumin seeds,lemon juice and salt to taste in a mixer jar
2.Grind to a smooth paste
3.Add sufficient water in a jar and grind it well again
4.Now Red Chutney is ready and Transfer into a bowl
FOR DOSA:
1.Turn on flame and heat a tawa on low flame with oinon,spread oil on the tawa
2.Pour a ladle full of the dosa batter, spread to get a round shape dosa
3.Add some oil at the corners. Let the dosa cook for a minute
4.Flip the dosa and cook the other side for 30 seconds
5.Again flip the dosa. Sprinkle water drops on the dosa
6.Add 1 tbsp(as you required)red chutney on the dosa. Spread it evenly on the dosa
7.Now place aloo masala on the dosa. Spread it evenly on the dosa
8.Add chopped onion on the dosa
9.Finally,grate the cheese with grater on the dosa
10.Then fold and gently turn over the dosa on the tawa. Press it with a cuttter or spatula
11.With pizza cutter or spatula,cut the dosa in three or four parts. CUT CHEESE MASALA DOSA is ready and remove in a plate
12.Using wet towel,clean the tawa Pour a ladle full of the dosa batter and spread it
13. Second CUT CHEESE MASALA DOSA is also ready and remove in the same plate
14.Serve CUT CHEESE MASALA DOSA with coconut chutney
