Homemade Dabeli Masala Recipe - Dabeli Masala Kaise Banaye - Gahukar's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp Coriander sseds
2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds/til
4-5 Dry Red Chilies
2 Bay Leaves
6-7 Black Pepper
7-8 Cloves/Lavang
3 Masala Big Cardamom
2 inch Stick Of Cinnamon/Dalchini
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder/Amchur Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Oil
Salt To Taste
METHOD:
1.Turn on flame
2. Add coriander seeds,fennel seeds,black pepper and clovws in a pan. Roast it for 1-2 minutes on low flame
3.Add sesame seeds and roast it for 1/2 minute. Add desiccated coconut and again roast it for 1/2 minute
4.Transfer roasted masala in a bowl
5.Roast rest of the masala. Add dry red chilies,cinnamon sticks,big cardamom in the same pan
6.Roast it for 1-2 minutes on low flame.Add bay leaves in it and roast it for 1/2 minute
7.Remove rest of the roasted masala in the same pan. Allow it to cool down for 10 minutes
8.Add all cooled roasted masala in a mixer jar. Grind it to a fine powder
9.Add dry mango powder,sugar,oil and salt to taste in the same jar. Grind it again well
10.DABELI MASALA is ready
Transfer DABELI MASALA in a bowl
This MASALA can be stored in a air tight container in the refrigerator for about 2 months.
