Garam Masala Powder Recipe - Masala Powder by Gahukar's Kitchen INGREDIENTS: 25 Grms Finely Chopped Dry Coconut 4 Tbsp Coriander Seeds 2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds 1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds 1 Tbsp Cloves 1 Tbsp Black Pepper 10-12 Green Cardamom 5-6(2 inch) Cinnamon Sticks 5 Mace/Javitri 5 Star Anise 5 Black Cardamom 1 Tbsp Stone Flower 1 Tsp Caraway/Shah Jeera 7 Tejpatta 7-8 Dry Red Chilies 2 Nutmeg 1 Tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Groundnut Oil METHOD: 1.Turn on Flame and place a pan on it Roast coriander seeds for a minute on medium flame 2.Transfer in a plate 3.Roast cumin seeds for few seconds and transfer in the same plate 4.Add oil in the pan and add rest of the masala except salt Roast them for 2 minutes on medium flame 5.Turn off flame and let them cool 6.Add these roasted masala and salt in a mixer jar Grind it to a fine powder 7.Remove Ground powder in a plate 8.Now GARAM MASALA POWDER IS READY 9.Store GARAM MASALA POWDER in an air-tight container Keeps well for 6-7 months
