1 Cup Homemade Seviyan
500 ml Milk

Seviyan Recipe - Seviyan Kheer - How to make Seviyan Kheer
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Homemade Seviyan
500 ml Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Pure Ghee / Sajuk Tup
1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
Kesar
Roughly Chopped Some Dry Fruits
(CashewNuts, Almonds,Pistachios And Raisins)
METHOD:
1.Add 1Tbsp milk in a kesar
Soak it and keep aside
2.Turn on flame and place a kadai on it
3.Add ghee(sajuk tup) in the kadai and heat it
4.Add the seviyan
Roast them on low flame till they become pink
5.Add chopped dry fruits
Roast it again for 2 minutes on low flame
6.Pour the milk and let it come to boil on medium flame
7.Add sugar and keep on stirring
Cook the kheer on low flame for 5 minutes
8.Add soaked kesar milk and cardamom powder in it
Again cook the kheer for 1-2 minutes
9.SEVIYAN KHEER is ready
Turn off the flame
10.SERVE the KHEER in a bowl
11.Keep The Kheer in a refigerator for 1-2 hour for cooling
12.After cooling,if the Kheer Become more thicker
You can add milk and mix it well
Serve it with Dry Fruits
