Roti Churma Recipe - Roti Chivda - Leftover Chapati Recipe INGREDIENTS: 6-7 Leftover Rotis /Chapattis / Poli 3-4 Green Chillies Finely Chopped Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves 6-7 Curry Leaves 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp Coriander Powder 1 Tsp Mango Powder / Aamchur Powder 1 tsp Sugar Salt To Taste 1/4 Cup Peanuts 1 Big Onion Finely Chopped Oil (3-4 Tbsp) PREPRATION METHOD: 1.Add the leftover rotis in a mixer jar. Grind to a coarse powder 2.Transfer in a bowl and keep aside 3.Turn on flame and place a kadai 4.Add 3-4 Tbsp oil and heat it 5.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds. Roast it for few seconds on medium flame 6.Add peanuts in the kadai. Roast it for a minute on medium flame 7.Add chopped onion.Saute till the onion becomes translucent and get soften 8.Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves Saute for 1-2 minute 9.Addturmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,aamchur powder and salt to taste 10.Saute and mix it well on low flame 11.Add the coarsed roti powder in the masala.Mix it well 11.Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp water and sugar. Mix it well 12.Cover it and cook for 1 minute on low flame 13.Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well 14.ROTI CHURMA is Ready.Turn off flame 15.Serve in a bowl with lemon
