Sattu Ka Atta - Sattu Atta Recipe - how to make sattu atta
INGREDIENTS:
1 Kg Whole Wheat
1/2 Kg Bengal Gram / Chana Dal
25 Grms Dry Ginger / Sonth
12-15 Green Cardamom
2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp Salt
METHOD:
1.Turn on flame and place a kadai
2.Add whole wheat
Roast it on medium flame for 10-15 minutes
3.Keep stirrind till it becomes golden brown
4.Transfer the roasted wheat in a flat plate
5.Add chana dal in the same kadai
Roast it on medium flame tillit golden brown colour
6.Transfer in the same flat plate
7.Roast dry ginger and green cardamom for 1-2 minutes on medium flame
8.Add cumin seeds and roast it for 1 minutes
9.Turn off flame
Trnasfer in the wheat-dal mixture
10.Mix it well
11.Add salt and mix it well
12.Keep aside for cooling down completely
13.Grind it to a fine powder
14.SATTU ATTA is Ready.
Store in an air tight container and keep it in the fridge
