असम में बाढ़ से करीब दो लाख लोग प्रभावित, कई नदियां का बढ़ा जलस्तर
देश के पूर्वोत्तर राज्य असम में बारिश और बाढ़ के कारण स्थिति गंभीर हो गई है. राज्य में बाढ़ से अब तक करीब दो लाख लोग प्रभावित हैं, जबकि एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो चुकी है. असम के ऊंचे इलाकों में लगातार बारिश के कारण अधिकांश नदियों का जलस्तर बढ़ गया है और कई नदियां खतरे के निशान से ऊपर बह रही हैं.
