आर्टिकल-370 पर सुनवाई के दौरान केंद्र सरकार ने 31 अगस्त को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से कहा है कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में राज्य का दर्जा बहाल करने में कुछ समय लगेगा. इतना ही नहीं केंद्र सरकार ने एक बार फिर दोहराया है कि जम्मू-कश्मीर को केंद्र शासित प्रदेश का दर्जा अस्थाई तौर पर दिया गया है.

Center bids in SC on Article-370 matter, can't tell now when it will get statehood
During the hearing on Article 370, the Central Government told the Supreme Court on August 31 that it will take some time to restore statehood in Jammu and Kashmir. Not only this, the Central Government has once again reiterated that Jammu and Kashmir has been given the status of Union Territory temporarily.
